Question: would you let your child learn to do kendo?
Answer: There is nothing wrong with letting your kids learn Kendo. It is a martial art and the point of martial arts is discipline. The only thing is Kendo requires alot of gear that can be expensive but it is safe for kids as long as they are learning from a professional. (My First Sensei was disciplined in Kendo)
