Answer: Get the vest this week, and fast, this week 40% off all outerwear at Old Navy, I got 3 jackets, saved almost $100, but I would get it quick because everything is going to go fast. Hell maybe get both vests, with the prices this low. Might be a good investment, both a blue and a green vest would be pretty versatile.
